When we receive an order we first request an authorization from your credit card company. The actual charge to your credit card occurs prior to shipping the item(s). |

| Our Return Policy: |
If you have changed your mind we will be happy to exchange the item's or refund your money minus the shipping charges. We can not accept returns on personalized items.
Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Shipments returned as "refused" will be subject to a 25% restock charge.
You may call 248.474.4690 or send an email to Customer Service to receive your RMA #.
All items must have the orginal manufacturer packing and/or tags, insert literature etc...and must be packaged properly to eliminate damage.
